Madonna will not be performing any Friday nights during the 're-Invention Tour.'  The reason:  "She is observing Shabbat on Friday evenings," Liz Rosenberg told 'New York Magazine.'

Lord Henry Mountcharles has informed the world that Madonna will indeed be performing at Slane Castle, in Ireland, on August 29.  She's playing on a Sunday, but despite rumors, it has absolutely nothing to do with religion.

Recently, Madonna and her family, husband Guy, daughter Lourdes and son Rocco, enjoyed a nice family vacation in Miami, Florida.  They had a splashing good time in a hotel pool.

'People' magazine celebrated its 30th birthday with a special double issue.  Many "awards" were handed out, including an award going to Madonna for the most mentions.  "We have mentioned her 1,486 times and I'm sure that's changed in the last week," stated Senior Editor Jess Cagle.
